Ohio Administrator Credential

The Ohio Administrator Credential is a pathway for professionals to meet ODJFS Licensing Administrator Qualifications. The Ohio Administrator Credential is based upon the Ohio Core Knowledge and Competencies (CKC) Framework for Program Administrators. The credential is inclusive of the knowledge, skills, and competencies identified in the CKC as best practice.

What trainings do I need and where can I find them?

For information about the trainings for the Ohio Administrator Credential, you may contact your local resource & referral agency to ask if they will be offering any of the courses and if they can provide guidance how to be an administrator. You can find a directory here of the local agencies.

How do I apply for this credential?

To apply for the Ohio Administrator Credential, you would upload the CKC Self-Assessment in your professional development section of your profile and when the required trainings are verified send an email to credential@occrra.org letting us know to review the information.  We then send a copy of the check request form so that payment can be mailed in for the credential.
