Career Compass for Health and Human Services

Ohio is not alone in the workforce crisis and needs additional strategies to create a workforce pipeline.  The Career Compass provides career exploration support along with scholarships for high school students and college students to work in health and human service fields.

Funded by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Association administers the high school and college opportunities to recruit and retain workforce for the health and human service fields.
