ABCs of Early Childhood Education (ECE)
OCCRRA worked with Relevant Workplace to create a Pilot Program and Marketing Spots to assist Early Childhood Education programs to identify, interview, assess, and hire top talent to alleviate burned-out staff and reduce turnover so they can provide high-quality service to children across Ohio. The intent behind the pilot program was to learn about the early childcare industry and explore opportunities to support the early childhood workforce in the state of Ohio.
