Many state agencies provide training that support Early Childhood providers on how to assist families who are experiencing opioid addiction. The training spreadsheet (located below) was developed as part of the State Opioid Team workgroup led by Recovery Ohio, an initiative out of the Governor’s Office. This work is based upon feedback from Head-Start stakeholders wanting to locate and access training to support their providers with increasing their skills and knowledge in opioid addiction and trauma informed care.

To access training from within the Ohio Professional Registry (OPR), it only requires that an account is created. Click on Create Account on the OCCRRA website. Once you have an account, you will be able to register for available trainings. Search for training using key words such as opioid or trauma to find available training.
